Katherine Dahlkemper Dahlkemper's Jewelry Connection

Katherine Dahlkemper, a member of the 3rd generation of the Dahlkemper family, youngest of Ed & Christine's five kids, started working at Dahlkemper's Jewelry Connection November 19, 2009 at the age of 15. She graduated from Mercyhurst Prep High School and went on to Penn State University where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Consumer Psychology. She then earned her Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Strategy Innovation from Mercyhurst University, all while working full time at the store and completing her GIA Applied Jewelry Professional certification, as well as her Diamond & Diamond Grading diploma from the Gemological Institute of America. She was also voted to the Jewelers of America inaugural class of the top "20 under 40" Jewelers in the USA in 2022! Katherine is currently a co-owner with her mom and business partner, Christine Dahlkemper after her father, Edward Dahlkemper, successfully retired in 2023. Katherine has a passion for leading, working with her co workers, and finding new ways to improve current business practices. She stays current on market trends, diamond and gold prices, and is a critical part of the company's ongoing success!
